ESSENTIAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION

As Covid 19 cases rise again and the UK weather turns colder, we're doing our best to continue the essential work of repairing roofs while ensuring your (and our) safety. With the flu season also upon us we recognise people may feel doubly concerned about having a team of workers round and we want to do everything we reasonably can to put your mind at ease and keep you safe. 

We're very fortunate that roofing lends itself so well to zero contact with vulnerable and/or concerned customers - our work is outdoors and involves very little face-to-face contact at the best of times, so adjustments are not difficult to make, please just ask if you have particular needs. For example we can bring our own generator for electricity/corded tools to avoid sharing your power supply, and we can carry out all communication at a distance. As noted in our previous update, because the polymer roofing system is relatively straightforward to install, we're also able to keep our team small in comparison to many contractors and to work very quickly (we repair/refurbish most roofs within ONE day), minimising your contact still further.
