ESSENTIAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION

As restrictions due to COVID-19 are currently in the process of being lifted, we recognise many people may feel apprehensive about a team of workers coming round to fix their roof, particularly if you or someone you live with is clinically vulnerable. This is totally understandable and we want to do what we can to put your mind at ease and keep you safe.

We hope the following will reassure you:

• The outdoor nature of roofing means it lends itself very well to zero or minimal contact
• Because the polymer system is relatively straightforward to install, we are able to keep our team small and work quickly (we can repair/refurbish most roofs within ONE day), minimising your contact even further
• Adjustments for additional safety are easy to make, for example if you require, we can bring our own generator for electricity/corded tools so we do not have to share your supply, and carry out communication at a distance.
