Haverfordwest Balcony Terrace Refurbishment

This terrace balcony area in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 shows the importance of carefully thought out drainage systems when it comes to flat roof areas. 

The balcony itself was in serious need of refurbishment, with wear, rot, damp, weeds and more (see photos) and required a good long-term solution with regard to protecting it from the sometimes inclement Welsh weather :)

The finished area is an outstanding balcony terrace, featuring porcelain tiling, pads and handsome, traditional-look railings along its length.

The jointless, seamless polymer system provides waterproofing second to no other roofing type, along with UV proofing, weatherproofing and more. The highly complex details necessary to create excellent roof drainage were also no problem, as the photos show.
