This month's spotlight is on a portacabin-style office block in rural Gloucestershire, near Berkeley about midway between Bristol and Gloucester GL13.
The roof was a large area, ridged with joists and so gently pitched it was almost flat. There was significant degradation, with notable wear and rot, especially bordering the ridges and at the roof corners, both very typical problems with porta cabin roofing - resulting in the need for a complete overhaul and refurbishment of the roof.
