This polymer flat roof on a school outbuilding roof in Essex, was relatively straightforward despite overhanging trees and the (minor) central ventilation pipe. As you can see from first photo the underlying surface had numerous gaps and uneven points, with the later photographs demonstrating how well the polymer system's inherent flexibility levels all of this out, creating a perfect jointless and seamless finish.

As with all our roofs, this outbuilding roof was fully mechanically cured within 72 hrs, fully waterproof, weatherproof and safe to walk in within a few hours, and is guaranteed to last.
