This 12m long clay-tiled balcony in Shrewsbury is suffering from numerous problems including 'popping' tiles and water ingress through to the screed and the concrete substrate (concrete wicks water), underminging the blacony. The balcony is still sound, so the owner is looking for a solution that will protect the concrete, prevent further water ingress, and look great!
