Commercial Application

Whatever kind of business your roof covers, finding a roofer who understands your business' unique needs can be difficult. Commercial and public premises often have large or unusual areas, walkways, air conditioning units, guttering networks, ventilation, fire escapes and other regulations that don't apply to domestic roof owners.  We work with roofs new and old - quickly and mess-free, with so little disruption that we're used by NHS hospitals. We offer a transferable 10-year guarantee, a 25-year cleaning & maintenance service, theftproof metal roof alternatives, anti-skid walkways, innovative watercourse solutions and much more - all using our affordable, highly flexible polymer roofing system.

The first coat

This polymer flat roof on a school outbuilding roof in Essex, was relatively straightforward despite overhanging trees and the (minor) central ventilation pipe. As you can see from first photo the underlying surface had numerous gaps and uneven points, with the later photographs demonstrating how well the polymer system's inherent flexibility levels all of this out, creating a perfect jointless and seamless finish.

As with all our…

The finished roof is jointless and seamless

This school in Borth, on the wet and windy west coast of Wales, needed a roof refurbishment for one of its portacabins.

Refurbishments involve overlaying polymer coats on existing roofing, fully sealing the roof and making it jointless and seamless.

All our roofs are guaranteed weatherproof, UV proof, waterproof and fireproof within the hour and safe to walk on after just 6 hours. The work we undertake is non-disruptive, meaning…

The whole area, sandwiched between roofs, would need replacing

Bronnant or Bronant Primary School located between Aberystwyth and Tregaron in Ceredigion. A section of lead work sandwiched awkwardly between various roofs had split, exposing the substrate to the elements. We have worked on many schools around Ceredigion, thanks to the polymer system's uniquely low-impact process as well as the speed of installation. The system causes so little disruption that activities can usually be continued in the…

A large area of damage on the walkway

Aberystwyth Castle is a historically important, thirteenth century Grade 1 Listed Building on the West Wales coast. A combination of tourist footfall and its windy, exposed position at the sea front gives it much to stand up to, throughout its large grounds.

The concrete walkway, located within the area of the castle grounds closest to the sea, was in a bad way, with a large and obvious chunk of weaker surfacing apparent (see photos)…

This was a significant metal theft

Sadly, schools are all-too-common victims of metal roof theft, especially lead - see this one in Skelmersdale and this one in Swindon, the latter of which resulted in the collapse of three classroom roofs, fortunately without any injuries. These articles highlight both the scale of the problem and the dangers metal theft can pose. With schools, it is most often children who are at risk.

Another recent metal theft victim was…

Except the polymer system is jointless and seamless, allowing no water ingress at all

The Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells in Powys, Mid Wales is one of the town's main landmarks with a long history and great visitor appeal. Its patinated copper roof spires are an integral part of its traditional look and stately charm, but over the years they have worn and perished, their seams nearly disintegrating and the copper plates pocking and eroding.

The owners were very keen to preserve the beautiful "copper look" so,…
