Porcelain Tile Installation over Insulated Terrace Roof Manchester

This balcony terrace roof in Manchester, accessed from sliding doors, required tapered warm-roof insulation and porcelain tile topping to bring it up to the level of the doors. The porcelain tiles needed sturdy, durable support from below whilst leaving sufficient space for insulation. As the photo shows, this was achieved using a system of raised steel supports, padded from below to avoid damage to the polymer roofing below, and clips to hold the tiles firmly in place.

Warm Roof Extension Refurb near Aberystwyth

This small roof extension near Aberystwyth SY23 was no problem for the polymer system despite its small size and some detailing such as the upstanding ventilation pipe in the photograph - the photo demonstrates just how "perfect forming" the polymer system is as well as the level, jointless and seamless finish even at small scale.

As with all our roofs, this warm roof extension was fully mechanically cured within 72 hrs, waterproof, weatherproof and safe to walk on in a few hours, and is guaranteed to last.

School Outbuilding Essex

This polymer flat roof on a school outbuilding roof in Essex, was relatively straightforward despite overhanging trees and the (minor) central ventilation pipe. Manchester Warm Tapered Roof System

This flat roof on Spear Street in Manchester needed a warm roof installation (click to find out more about warm roofs, cold roofs and flat roofs, or use the nav link above). To ensure good heat efficency, the government set strict U-Values for many types of roof, with lower numbers being better. Using hte polymer system, we were able to achieve a fantastic 0.15 U-Value on this roof.
